Alexander Rykovanov 31a9a1f574 Was reorganized project structure. 
Will be the next libraries: libopcuamappings libopcuacore libopcua_client.
libopcuamappings bocome independent from any other libraries - it is only serialization/deserialization accornding OPC UA procotol.
Addded python folder with client bindings.
